A very dark war is going on in the world that people cannot notice no matter how highly developed the technology of their lives is. This war starts with high school student Yuji Itadori suddenly finding a dried finger of a legendary monster known as “Sukuna Ryoumen”. Yuji is then dragged into the middle of this war that seems to dissolve in imagined supernatural monsters known as “Curses” and “Jujutsu” which is conducted by mysterious methods, revealing itself in the shadows.

Despite Yuji Itadori living an ordinary life, he is a child with a tremendous amount of physical strength. One day, he eats the finger of the Curse “Sukuna Ryomen” and enters the cursed girl’s body. Following the most powerful wizards, he picks up their identity and becomes a wizard, Gojowatt, and undergoes an education while fighting the Curses. Out of gift, he dedicates this curse-breaking life to protecting other people. One that he can never return to.

When Will Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Be Released?

Despite all of this being quite surprising, it has been confirmed that there are plans to release another season of the anime TV series, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2. the only thing that was confirmed, however, is their intention to release another season.

The second season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime release date is likely in January or April of 2023. On average, new seasons wait around 12 to 18 months after they’re announced.

Accordingly, the July 26th premiere date of the “Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd season,” is the most likely date. The preview will begin airing during the winter/spring season of anime.

What is the Synopsis of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?

Idly indulging in baseless paranormal activities with the Occult Club, high schooler Yuuji Itadori spends his days at either the clubroom or the hospital, where he visits his bedridden grandfather. However, this leisurely lifestyle soon takes a turn for the strange when he unknowingly encounters a cursed item. Triggering a chain of supernatural occurrences, Yuuji finds himself suddenly thrust into the world of Curses—dreadful beings formed from human malice and negativity—after swallowing the said item, revealed to be a finger belonging to the demon Sukuna Ryoumen, the “King of Curses.”

Yuuji experiences first-hand the threat these Curses pose to society as he discovers his own newfound powers. Introduced to the Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School, he begins to walk down a path from which he cannot return—the path of a Jujutsu sorcerer. (Source: MyAnimeList)
